1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The refund request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Customers must provide valid proof (images/videos) while requesting a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance
  • Orders placed under sale, discount, or bulk purchase offers

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, you may be asked to return the product.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Mode of Refund

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
