Cancellation & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order details.

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team with your order ID and product images/videos as proof.
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Orders placed under clearance sale or special discounts
  • Bulk/wholesale orders (unless defective)

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Replacement Policy

  • We offer replacement for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
